It was a cross ban ip for a spammer, you can try to login again. BTW you can mention your chat id (if it differs with your forum id) when you raise a complaint so that it helps to locate the issue faster.

That was not only the reason, it was also becoz even after several warnings, some are still mixing up languages. Talking Tamil in Hindi chat will also attract a mute.
