Acknowledged My Private not showing to Others

I used to change my Username as Gurusmart to Streaming Love before a Month ago, But after that my private message is not showing to others, so I left that as it is and used other one nick, Today I tried the same thing with my ParamG nick to Guru Smart, again I am facing same with this nick also, Please resolve the Issue

HI,
You have Used space in Username .. Kindly avoid creating Username with Space .. Thats reason why U facing this issue .. We Have Removed space in ur Nick .. Kindly revert If u still facing this issue !!
