Chat Info You can request/ recommend for Room Moderators position

We have decided to add two more room mods to the chat. You can recommend someone who suits the roles best, or self recommend yourself. These are going to be long term so we aren't looking for people who are just needing it for sake of power.

1. you might want to constantly update issues in chat, handle them in a way that's good for a chat.
2. Very important that you don't support or pick favorites because they are your friends.
3. Should be matured enough to take chat as a hobby and not a place for personal brawls. If you are personally knowing someone please keep it outside chat, and do not involve them with issues inside the chat. (For example: if you have friends in chat and if they have some issues with a user you are expected to hear two sides of the story discuss with other room mods/ universal mods and Admins to find a solution. If you are going to blindly take a decision just because they are your friends, simply don't bother being a Mod).
4. strictly be mature and know what is the internet, chat, etc. Should have high patience handling trolls, abusers, spammers and not be easily intimidated by them.
5. Putting in some effort to moderate the forum is also considered important.
6. Using the same nick(one nick) is more recommended, if you are using multiple nicks and if other mods or admins cant recognize you then it's hard to consider anybody for Mod.

So as per the guidelines above, we can only accept people with some standards. Your time in chat, how long you have been, how often you are chatting is not considered at any cost. These positions are not to show off your power, or to misuse it. It's a responsibility that you are expected to follow.

Note: Also do not forget to mention where the room moderation is required(on what rooms). All these suggestions and recommendations are only considerations to know who are interested, who might be eligible, etc., and are not final by any means.

Mod illati prachanai ae illa, we have already enough people. just thought of adding one more. Silar mods ethir paathu chat pakkam suthuranga, athu illanathum oodidiruranga. Intha mathiri people ku mod koduka summa irukalam or above said criteria is very simple ithuvey kashtam na then they should probably lookout for other chats where just users ah varai veika or iruka veika mod tharen admin tharen nu solldra rooms. Less Drama in chat the better it is, appram chat la Mods ah samalika thani team poda vendi varum. We need mature people, not unstable people, Not people who act good and nice and be online just to get the mod. Closing the thread, we admins will select the mod by ourselves no longer looking for user suggestions. We are not here to satisfy power-hungry people. It's a responsibility and it's earned.
