Chat had some issues with the Server, it takes at least 2-3 days work to migrate everything to a new domain and a new server. We also explained there were several issues we experienced for the first time. So it took time to fix.

P.S If we hadn't tried keeping our hands on it, there might still be a million issues that users will complain about.
