Formatting options not enabled in Forum Message box

Hi,

For the last 2 days, the formatting options and the upload image/link are disabled for me. Attaching the screenshots for your reference. I am accessing the forum from my mobile. Let me know what should be done

Probably cache clear panna sari aagum. Try and update

Yes i checked and cleared cache. No luck!
