Happiness-destination?

Most of us think happiness is destination . Its my humble opinion that happiness is a process. Happiness doesnt lay in waiting at the end of the journey . Instead the journey itself has stops of happiness . It's up to us to stop and savour the essence of joy at each little stop in life . Happiness is intersected with dark moments and clouded by the pains of travelling through the thorny road of life. One doesnt have to look hard and deep to find the ports of happiness . All you have to do is clear the shrouded path and look for the happy moments that are waiting to be discovered . And should you encounter the difficult moments that take away your smile, tell yourself , somewhere down the road there s another port of refill for your happiness . You should only keep one thing in mind, there is no such thing as the ultimate happiness nor ultimate sadness . Every pain becomes bearable with the passing of time . Time doesnt heal pain but certainly makes it manageable. Therefore accumulate happiness like the gold coins collected in a Mario Brothers game. And unleash it each time life hits you hard . Because when you finally reach the destination, happiness is not what you will find , its PEACE And CALM.
