Never is there gain without enduring pain, yet
Once in a while, pain leads to nowhere
like an endless tunnel, or an inconclusive tale.
Sometimes pain exists just to,
make you feel things,
make you feel alive
Often we try to cling onto
fear hatred jealousy anxiety
for without them,
only pain remains.
Always embrace pain, let it come
maybe one day it will quietly fade away,
Or it lingers and lives with you
either way it is a part of you,
the defining part of your story.
