I was having a discussion with Agnii , in some other thread and i thought we really need a separate thread for people interested in exercises ...

Anyway , let me start first

After few days gap ... i started again ... and this is the amount of steps i achieved today ...

i started brisk walking from 6:20 am in the morning and continued till 7:40 am


it was 80% brisk walking

10% jogging

10% strength training

i hope you start that soon ...

In the beginning if you aim for at least 3 days a week ...

The American Heart Association (AHA) recommends the following exercise guidelines for adults

Aerobic activity
Get at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity per week, or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity. You can also combine both.

Muscle-strengthening
Add moderate- to high-intensity muscle-strengthening activity at least twice a week. This could be resistance or weight training

I haven't been able to do that for few days now , i was a bit too busy with something else ...

i hope i can continue mine from tomorrow morning itself
