Self Discipline - Tough Love nu author solraaru. Namakku naamae tough ah irukanum apo thaan life easy ah irukum solraaru. ithu epdi? enaku puriyala... can anyone explain.

Self Discipline - Tough Love nu author solraaru. Namakku naamae tough ah irukanum apo thaan life easy ah irukum solraaru. ithu epdi? enaku puriyala... can anyone explain.

To be tough on ourselves mean, not to accept excuses. When we set goals, anything for that matter, we should be pursuing it continuously.

Like Abdul Kalam said, you just have to do 2 things.
1. have a dream
2. work towards that dream everyday

Sounds simple, isn't it? But practising it is difficult. It is very easy to set the alarm at 8 o clock in the morning, but not to snooze it is the hard task.

It is very easy to buy the gym membership, but going everyday is the hard task. Self-discipline is kicking yourself out of the bed even before you think of snoozing the alarm. When you set the goals and when you constantly work towards your goals, you dont feel the guilt. You don't blame yourself. You don't regret anything. Life becomes easy.

But, easiest tasks are the tough ones to execute

Beautiful itha padikum pothu...enaku onu solanum nu thonuthu... Neenga unga school time la unwanted ah leave potutenga nu vaingaa.. Oru mathri periya thappu pana feel varum next day school pogum pothu... U ll not feel good...

Ithuvey holiday ku apram pona apdi irukathu ..
Andha feel iruku la thats called self love... Discipline..


Ipo kuda neenga routine ah panura velayaa stop pani parunga u ll feel bad.. Andha self love pathi than solra feeling while reading this page..

i guess , self discipline is framing n structuring urself n yu gonna stick to tat .... it doesnt matter hw world and ppl changes tym to tym... its gonna be hard to handle the tym and ppl changes accroingly... so its gonna be a tough love since yu choosed it and need to ge used to it .. deosnt mean tat yu r wrong lol

I guess what the writer meant was being yourself is better than hoping things from some one else. At the end who cares who will cry when you die.. we not going to know.. till then love our self and be happy and keep the surroundings happy...

Author solli iruka maari diary ezhuthurathuna.. oru kadhaya ezhuthidalaam... but Journal? Epdi panrathu nu idea vara maatengithu.. apdi onnum daily en life la incidents laam nadakurathu illaye. any suggesstions?
