I tried creating one. It asked for a title and then there was a submit button, thats it. I wasnt able to give any option. After submit, it just vanished, I am not able to see it I can see a poll created by Nila, so i guess i am doing something wrong.

Also, there is no visibility of polls in homepage. There is a polls tab in main page but it refers to an old poll which is in general talks thread. If Nila's is the latest one, that should be the one which is visible in that tab.

I guess you were able to see your poll after pressing submit button. But naan rendu poll submit pannunen. but submit pannunadhum kaanama pochu. Ippo varaikkum naan submit pannuna title enga irukkunne therla

When i click on 'New Poll' , i am getting below window:



After i give title and submit, I get a message saying 'Your changes have been saved' and this window just vanishes.. Adhukku appuram only ur post is visible. I dont know how to give those options or where to find the submitted poll.

Looks like only admins can able to view, need to put in some hours of work to figure how to make it visible for others. will fix it if possible or as @Vanathi suggested only admins can create polls lol and may be based on request, however i felt it would be unfair to restrict aana poll ah design pannavan why ellarukum viewing access kodukala theriyala
