Tiger+Tiger = 30 => Tiger=15
Fox+Fox = 12 => Fox=6
Rat + (3xRat)= 12 => 4xRat=12 => Rat =3

(Tiger+Fox)+ (((Tiger+Fox+Rat)xRat)= (15+6)+((15+6+3)x3)
=> 21+(24x3) => 21+72 = 93

First we shall group into 5 groups and conduct a race. Adhula we shall elimate 4th and 5th position horses coz we need only fastest 3. So 10 horses eliminated in round one.

We cannot eliminate 2nd and 3rd position horses coz 1st groupla 2nd vandha horse can still be faster than 2nd groupla 1st vandha horse. so we need to consider the first 3 in all the groups.

Next roundla, we will conduct a race against 1st vandha horses in all groups and adhula 1st varra horse is the fastest and it is a clear winner

In above pic, first digit refers to group number and second digit refers to the horse's position in first round.
In second round, lets assume 11 came first, 21 came second, 31 came third, 41 came fourth and 51 came fifth.

In that case, we can eliminate 41 and 51. Also, we can eliminate 42,43,52,53 coz they were slower than 41 & 51 in first round.
31 came third and 32 is slower than that. so eliminate that too
Similarly, max possible position for 22 is third position coz 11 and 21 are clearly faster than 22. so, we can eliminate 23 also as it is slower than 22.

Since 11 is a clear winner, Race no. 7 will be conducted for 12,13,21,22,31 and the first two positions will determine the 2nd and 3rd fastest horse.
