Why do political parties oppose NEET in TN but not in other states?

I'm neither against nor a supporter of NEET. But from what I heard

NEET rankings are conducted based on the exam scores a student secures, so it has no effect on the reservation policies
the rankings would still be based on NEET scores and not reservations.

It’s common to see deep connections and general corruption enabling the potential of seats being stolen from those who rightfully secured it. NEET is the solution to a better system that establishes fairness and transparency.

Coming to the point, if there are a million students and a few thousands medical seats, it is well understood everyone can't become doctors. But what everyone deserve is that they should have a go at it.
